So I’m guessing since you visited this site, the weather is right, and you’re looking to get out on the water. We understand completely!

Meet the crew:

“Capt. Bull” With over 25 years experience fishing, hunting, and navigating the waterways of the Northern Neck, Captain Daniel Kurdziel A.K.A. “Capt. Bull” started Tip-Sea Charters in January of 2023 with a firm belief that if you love what you do, you’ll never work another day in your life. So in the off-season and time off, Capt. Bull can be found working on new boat projects, or out on the water experimenting with new techniques and baits, or scouting for new fishing locations to ensure he shows his guests the best time possible

First Mate Kelli, born and raised right here in Lancaster county VA, she literally has salt water running through her veins. As an Elementary school teacher, her weekdays are spent molding young minds, while on the weekends and summer months, she can be found training her new dog Holstein, or spending time on the water perfecting her craft of finding fish fast. Kelli also just recently obtained her United States Coast guard captain’s license. So keep a lookout this year for her running Charters on her own for Tip-Sea.

Santa Claus, a jolly fat man that maybe works one day a year and spends December 26th through the 31st aboard the Lil Tip-Sea helping guests catch rockfish.
