WELCOME!

So I’m guessing since you visited this site, the weather is right, and you’re looking to get out on the water. We understand completely!

Meet the crew:

“Capt. Bull”

With over 25 years experience fishing, hunting, and navigating the waterways of the Northern Neck, Captain Daniel Kurdziel A.K.A. “Capt. Bull” started Tip-Sea Charters in January of 2023 with a firm belief that if you love what you do, you’ll never work another day in your life. So in the off-season and time off, Capt. Bull can be found working on new boat projects, or out on the water experimenting with new techniques and baits, or scouting for new fishing locations to ensure he shows his guests the best time possible

Captain Mike Clark:

Captain Mike is a USCG Licensed Captain possessing a 100 Ton Master license with Assistance Towing Endorsement. As the son of a Navy Admiral, Captain Mike had the opportunity to grow up around the water, fishing a wide variety of water from the time he was 10 years old. While in college, Captain Mike worked as a deckhand on the commercial fishing vessel Marion Frances, fishing out of Barnegat Light, NJ. In 2020, Mike and his wife returned to Northern Virginia during the summer months and lived Key West, Fl in the winter months. During their time in Northern Virginia, Mike was the Director of Member Safety and Training for the Freedom Boat Club of Northern Virginia and a Captain for TowBoatUS. Additionally, he operated many other boats ranging in size from 20 feet to 80 feet. In October of 2023, Mike and his wife, Theresa Louise, relocated to the Harvey’s Neck region of the Northern Neck.

First mate Charlie:

“Charlie boy” is an extremely hard-working, talented angler that just survived his first year of college. After a day of working fishing charters with Capt. Bull, Charlie can be found honing his skills targeting and catching fish all over the Northern Neck. When Charlie dreams, he dreams about fishing. And I’m pretty sure he had fish for dinner last night.

Santa Claus:

A jolly fat man that works one day a year and spends December 26th through the 31st aboard the Lil Tip-Sea helping guests catch rockfish, and guides all of the sea duck hunts in January.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. We look forward to hearing from you!

“It’s a beautiful day on the Northern Neck”
