Fishing Charters
Tip-Sea Charters operates on the Rappahannock River from Lancaster Creek to the mouth of the river by Whitestone and Deltaville and into Virginia waters of the Chesapeake Bay
- “Lil Tip-Sea” is a 25′ Parker Sport Cabin powered by a 2023 Yamaha 300hp motor with 80 square feet of non-skid flooring. New electronics, including Lowrance chart plotter and radar, a 120lb thrust bow mounted trolling motor for fishing wrecks and stealth in the backwaters, cell phone charging stations, and a Bluetooth surround sound system. The Lil Tip-Sea is primarily docked at Windmill Point Marina in Whitestone, Virginia. The Lil Tip-Sea can accommodate up to 4 anglers for Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Puppy drum (redfish), Speckled trout, and Rockfish that includes tackle, ice, bait, fishing license, and fish cleaning.
- 6 hour trip: $650
- 4 hour trip: $550
- 2 hour kids trip: $350 Bottom fishing for spot and croaker. Up to 4 kids (12 and under) and 2 adults. (Fish cleaning not included)

Items you should bring: Sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, comfortable clothing, non-slip shoes, any necessary medications, bottled water, snacks, and of course your camera. Guest over the age of 21 may bring alcoholic beverages but over consumption will not be tolerated.
Please keep in mind the mate works for tips only and is there long before and after your charter, and works hard to ensure you have a great trip. Standard gratuity is 20% of the total charter cost.

Lil Tip-Sea
WEATHER POLICY : If we have to cancel due to weather or water conditions then we will try to reschedule you for another day. There is never a charge if we cancel your charter because of weather or water conditions. Captain will have the final say if the charter needs to be postponed due to wind or weather.
Cancellations: any cancellations within 14 days will forfeit 20% of total trip cost
Federal Life Jacket Rule for Children Under 13 Years Old
No person may operate a recreation vessel on federal waters with any child under age 13 on the vessel unless each child is either:
- Wearing an appropriate U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket; or below deck or in an enclosed cabin.
- This federal law is enforced by the U.S. Coast Guard. Most waters in Virginia are considered federal waters.
